Article 1 : Droit de rétractation
In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your products to change your mind. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
Article 2 : Conditions de retour
To exercise your right of withdrawal, products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product upon receipt, or an error on our part when shipping the item.
Article 3 : Modalités de retour
To make a return, please contact us beforehand at lunava.shop@gmail.com so that we can provide you with the necessary instructions.
Article 4 : Remboursement
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items, using the same method of payment as that used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 5 : Exceptions
Certain product categories cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Produits personnalisés
Article 6 : Produits défectueux ou non-conformes
If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, you have 30 days to notify us. We will provide you with a replacement product or a full refund, including return shipping costs, within 14 days.
